  • Place the fish in salt water and let it soak for 30 minutes. Wash fish well; rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Spring fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Mix sour cream into mustard.
  • Coat or brush striped bass fillets with Mix.
  • Spring fillets with chopped parsley.
  • Saute 4 minutes on a side or until flaky when tested with a fork.
