What to eat to reduce the risk of cancer.

What is a cancer?

    • 10. All kind of garlic and onions. Enough one head or half of a small onion. To amplify useful anti-cancer properties of onion it is the best combined with olive oil, also can lightly fried.

    How properly build your meals

    Following products are feed cancer cells and should be excluded or reduced from the diet not to provoke cancer:

    • Any Sugar, white or brown, dark maple syrup, corn syrup, products with high glucose
    • Fresh white bread, all baked pastries, especially overcooked soft boiled pasta, White polished rice, rice cakes

    • French fries, chips, pizza, hot dogs, deep-fried and other fast food, nuts for aperitifs
    • Red meat with blood, skin poultry and eggs
    • Peel of fruits and vegetables (it accumulates pesticides)

    Following products that are worth eating and should be leaned on:

    • Sugar-containing extracts of natural origin, xylene, coconut sugar, acacia honey, the agave syrup, dark chocolate (70% cocoa).
    • Products of mixed grains or wheat flour: multi-grain rye bread, dark brown and basmati rice, oats, barley, buckwheat, flax seeds, oatmeal, muesli, porridge, cereals rich in fiber.
    • Lentils, beans, sweet potatoes, yams.
    • Garlic, onions, shallots.
    • Olive oil, flaxseed.
    • Peeled vegetables: Bell peppers, celery, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, mushrooms, asparagus, olives, cherry tomatoes.
    • Peeled fresh fruits: apricots, peaches, plums, and berries: cherries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cranberries.
    • Fish reach of Omega-3 oil: mackerel, sardines, salmon.
    • Mineral water from a glass bottle or filtered water with lemon, zest, thyme, sage, green tea.
    • Glass of red wine a day with meals.

    Anti-cancer traditional methods
