By using AllFishingBuy, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or you are at least the minimum legal age to enter into an agreement in the jurisdiction in which you are using AllFishingBuy. As a condition of your use of this Site, you warrant to AllFishingBuy, that you will not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the AllFishingBuy Site automatically terminates.

ORDERING:

AllFishingBuy only sells our products to adults, ages 18 years and older, who can purchase them with their PayPal account, or using their credit cards. AllFishingBuy reserves the right to refuse service or/and to cancel orders if we believe that user is harmful to the interests of AllFishingBuy or/and violates legal law.

CUSTOMS, DUTY and TAXES:

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, VAT and other taxes of the country to which your order ships. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. All these charges are the buyer�s responsibility. The duties and taxes normally must be paid before the goods are released from customs. Unless you follow the procedure set up by your government to pay the charges for duties and taxes and receive the package, your original shipment will eventually be returned back to AllFishingBuy.
   Customs officials assess duties and taxes based on information provided on the USPS customs forms with declared contents and value for customs examination in the destination country, air waybill, the commercial Invoice or other relevant documents. The import duty and taxes payable are calculated on the value of the imported goods plus shipping and insurance.
   Please check with your country�s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Most countries have a minimum limit whereby items with a value under that limit are are not taxed. Customs Duty is only payable on goods over a certain value.

RISK OF LOSS:

We are doing our best to make shipping as inexpensive, convenient, reliable, fast and secure as possible. In our experience we have found that USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments and USPS Express mail for international orders to provide the best combination of price, reliability, speed and safety. USPS is an independent carrier, not affiliated with or controlled by AllFishingBuy, is delivering all products purchased from the AllFishingBuy.
   If you pay via PayPal the package will be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address only. That's the address that you provided in your PayPal account. That is also the PayPal's requirement in case of a dispute. The labels are automatically generated by PayPal based on these addresses, please make sure your PayPal address is correct before placing your order. We want to be sure we send the shipment to confirmed addresses only and would not be held responsible if the package was lost, stolen or otherwise undelivered.
   We certainly understand that unfortunately nothing is perfect, USPS and other countries Postal Service, Customs and other agencies do make mistakes from time to time, mishandle paperwork, misplace and lose shipments etc. It's a price of doing business (both selling and buying) on the internet, being an on-line retailer we know it first hand, a certain (very small) percentage of transactions do get messed up. AllFishingBuy will try to correct problems if any as fast as possible and make sure its customers' satisfaction, however the risk above should be understood, and delays, lost, stolen or otherwise undelivered packages caused by USPS, as shipping carrier are not responsibility of AllFishingBuy.
   All international USPS Express mail shipments are automatically insured up to 100 USD (International USPS Priority mail shipments are insured up to 67 USD) by USPS. If you wish to purchase additional insurance please let us know what amount you�d like to have covered and we�ll be happy to provide you with the quote.

Min. length 6", Min. height 4", Max. length 24", max length, height and depth (thickness) combined 36", Max Weight: 4lbs.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

We make every effort to display and describe as accurately as possible the products that appear on AllFishingBuy and its publications or to clearly state any discrepancies. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on AllFishingBuy are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. AllFishingBuy reserves the right to sell products with minor discrepancies from product descriptions or images shown. Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed on AllFishingBuy are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

BACKORDERS:

We try to keep every item in stock, occasionally some items are not immediately available for shipment and may need to be backordered. Unfortunately some of the items are replaced with new modified models and we are not sure at the moment whether we will be restocking them any time soon if ever. In fact we are trying to restock the latest versions of each rod as soon as manufacturer came up with new design or modifications.
   The product selection reflects what items are in stock at the moment of purchase. Items added to the shopping cart are not removed from active inventory until checkout/purchasing process is completed. Items in your cart are not guaranteed until you complete the checkout process, which means another customer may purchase this item if he will complete the checkout/purchasing process before you, even if the item is in your cart. If you place an item in your shopping cart that is currently out of stock, a message will alert you that the requested item is no longer in stock and unavailable for purchase.
   However, in an effort to our customers, we allow to order backordered items if they're available from the manufacturer. For the average rod(s) it takes 10 to 14 days to get it. Please keep in mind that some rods may take between 14 and 50 days to be processed by the manufacturer. Most of backordered items normally become available and could be shipped within that timeframe.
   If you would like to order a specific product which is out of stock/backordered, please check back often as items may be restocked at any time or send us an email [email protected] with the question about particular models availability. Also you can Request an Invoice for backordered item(s), the transaction cannot be accomplished on-line. We will send you an invoice within 24 hours of receiving your request. All orders are processed within 24 hours after clears payment for the invoice.

RISKS OF PRODUCT USE AND FISHING:

AllFishingBuy is not responsible for injuries caused by the use of our products. When buying our products you agree to use them in the intended way. While using fishing tackles and equipment, fishing process can present potential risks inherent to this process, such as cutting by sharp edges of pole float, or cutting by rod when extending or inserting telescopic sections too forcibly, or another product like hook punctures, or electrical shock, etc. Carbon fiber is high electricity-conductive material, so it is very dangerous if it touches electrical wire especially when you are close to the water. Always pay attention when fishing under or near the high voltage wire because of electrical shock potentiality by high voltage wire and thunder. Please always use our products with careful judgment in your pursuit of fishing or other outdoor activities.

FISHING REGULATIONS:

Fishing regulations (laws) protect natural resources and help anglers to have safe and enjoyable experience. Some states have set of rules that apply throughout the state, and some states may have set of rules for different regions, or even different bodies of water, when they can be fished, what tackle may be used, etc. No matter where you fish, please check your local fishing regulations carefully before you going fishing.

WARRANTY:

AllFishingBuy rods come without warranty as we are trying to keep the price as low as possible. Based on our experience only a tiny percent of the rods we sell ever breaks so paying for warranty would be a waste of money. Moreover we do stand behind our products and service replacements are available at nominal prices (at cost plus shipping and handling). If breakage does occur we can order spare parts for our rods from the manufacturer for a nominal fee to our customers. We can ship the spare parts to you or AllFishingBuy can repare rod at no cost or at a reasonable charge if applicable.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with the purchase you can return an item during 3 days after receiving it. You have to email us your decision. This offer is contingent on your returning the merchandise in perfect, never used condition, in original packaging, and all parts must be included. If you decide to return the item please ship it to us with signature confirmation and provide us with the tracking number.
  If item was damaged or broken due to incorrect use, you may return the product to AllFishingBuy for repair or replacement; it will be repaired at no cost or at a reasonable charge if applicable.

REFUND POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with the purchase we'll be happy to accept it back and refund you the price of the item. We will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees, paypal fees we had to pay for the transaction and 15% restocking fees. 
The refund is of course contingent on the items being in perfect, never used condition, in original packaging, and all parts must be included. 
As soon as We receive and inspect the condition of the merchandise the refund in your name will be posted through the method the payment was received (paypal or check).

PRIVACY POLICY:

Your privacy is very important to us. AllFishingBuy may collect and store your personally identifiable and your contact information, your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number, that we need in order to provide you with best services that you request and communicate with you. WE DON'T COLLECT AND STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
   The information we collect from you will not under any circumstances be revealed or given away to any third party except in the case of a subpoena or another legal process, or to perform certain services on our behalf, like providing customer service and processing payments, shipping and delivering packages or/and postal mail, sending email. We will not keep any information about you longer than necessary.    The confidentiality and data protection laws in the United States may not be the same as laws in non-U.S. customer�s country of residence. By providing AllFishingBuy with your information, you agreed to this collection, storage, and processing of information to and in the United States.

APPLICABLE LAW and DISPUTES:

This Agreement, your rights and obligations, our rights and obligations, and all proceedings considered by this Agreement will be ruled by the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York, regardless to principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute relating in any way to products you purchase from AllFishingBuy shall be submitted to private arbitration in the State of New York, United States of America. This Agreement will not be ruled by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
