How to cook Georgian Grilled Trout with Tarragon:

  • Place fish in salt water and let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cleaned fish and slit down the belly
  • Wash fish well; rinse and pat dry with paper towels
  • Prepare a charcoal fire and coals have white ash appearing.
