Hi, I bought a couple of A1-82-2-12016 poles from you a month or so ago. I managed to loose the end plug for one of them. The pole still works fabulously but it needs the plug to keep it all together for transporting and storing. I'll be happy to pay any charges there are. This is of no fault of the pole, its all my mistake.... or is it the learning process. Thanks.

Hi Alla, I caught with my 9 Shibasu 2709 rod a nice brown trout, around 15 inches, and was waiting for him to wear out so I could land him, when hit the tree and the top of the 4th piece from the tip end split open at its tip and the top three pieces of the rod came loose. I was able to grab the line and save the top 3 pieces so I only need the 4th piece from the tip. Can I order the 4-th section? Thank you.

I'm close to deciding to purchase your spinning rod C3-80-3-5409. Where you can help is to provide the weight used to measure the load curve. The rod will be used to reach out over a rocky area and I need to work out the heaviest fish I can lift until it is within reach of a landing net. The load-curve weight is close to this assuming the rod is horizontal during the lift. Thank you.

Thank you for your interest in our products. We are getting the rods from a manufacturer we've been doing business for years and whose quality and fit are second to none.
As soon as complain about problems with the cork handle quality was received, even it was only one single case, we contacted the manufacturer to address this issue to make sure in the future these rods will not have the problems. After complete test of those rods, we received a full report from the manufacturer: "the appearance, the quality and reliability of the rods are outstanding, defects free and do not required any changes and modifications in order to improve their quality and reliability".
We also tested those rods and the results far exceeded our expectations. Yet we received all very positive feedbacks, our customers are extremely happy with the rods and have not experienced any problems with the quality. Rods are made of highest quality pure carbon graphite, the same blanks material used by NISSIN for Tenkara rods.

Hi, I am interested in the 13' Tenkara Rod Hirame-ML-3909. I ve read some really good reviews on the casting action. I fish in S. Eastern Pennsylvania. Some have indicated problems with the cork handle quality and the end actually breaking off (in one case). Has the shape of the handle changed? I m not sure I like the butt shape. Reviews indicate that the blank and graphite are like the Nissin Zerosum.
Can you comment and give me some reassurances?
