Cajun Barbecued Salmon Recipe.
Salmon is very healthy due to the it's high protein, high Omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content. Salmon flesh is usually orange to red, but could be white fleshed wild salmon. The natural colour of wild salmon is coming from eating krill and other tiny shellfish. They change the color and a meat quality when entering freshwater.

Barbecued Cajun Salmon Recipe - Salmon fillets marinated with oil, Schwartz Mix for Cajun Chicken, leeks, and butter then barbecued.
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh Salmon fillets, (6 oz. each)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp Cajun Schwartz Mix
- 2 leeks, finely chopped
- 2 oz. butter
- Sea salt and Black Pepper to taste

How to cook Cajun Barbecued Salmon:
- Wash the pieces of fish thoroughly under cold running water.
- Place the pieces of fillets in salt water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Rinse well under cold running water, drain it well.
- Brush the salmon fillets with oil and grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Turn, brush again with oil, and sprinkle with the Cajun Seasoning.
- Grill for a further 4-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the leeks in the butter until softened.
- Season leeks and serve the barbecued salmon and leeks with mashed potato.
