Baked Sea Bass Recipe - Armenian recipe how to bake sea bass with butter, olive oil,
onions, lemons, eggs, parsley, and curry.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole fresh Sea
Bass, cleaned (about 3 lbs)
- 2 cups olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 onions, chopped
- 2-3 lemons (for juice and garnish)
- 3 eggs
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 tsp curry
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook Armenian Baked Sea Bass:
- Clean Sea Bass and wash it well under running water.
- Cut fish from head to tail down the backbone with the aid of a sharp-pointed
knife, then cut it into halves.
- Drain fish peaces, after salt them thoroughly and leave for 1-2 hours.
- Wash the pieces under cold running water and drain it well with papertowl.
- Put olive oil and butter together in a deep flat pan.
- Fry the onions, not very brown.
- Over onions arrange the pieces of fish, add well beaten eggs and the chopped
parsley; pour with lemon juice.
- Sift the curry, season to taste and, after pouring on almost enough water to
cover the ingredients.
- Place the pan in a moderately hot oven and leave there until well baked, check
with fork.
- Use more lemon, if desired, when serving for garnish.
