- 3 cups fresh Salmon fillets
- 6 tbsp flour
- 2 egg

- 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- Small tomatoes slices in half for garnish

How to cook Amish Salmon Croquettes:
- Remove the skin and bones (if any) from the fish, and flake it finely with a
fork.
- Combine flaked salmon, flour, egg, onion, milk, bread crumbs, salt, pepper to
taste and mix well.
- Fry the salmon croquettes in preheated butter (could be oil) in a frying pan
until browned on both sides.
- Garnish with curly parsley and tomatoes and serve warm.
