  • Combine flaked salmon, flour, egg, onion, milk, bread crumbs, salt, pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Fry the salmon croquettes in preheated butter (could be oil) in a frying pan until browned on both sides.
  • Garnish with curly parsley and tomatoes and serve warm.
